1.The clay sand moulding
part
We can produce and supply all kinds of
moulding machines and moulding lines. They comprise the snap-flask
jolting machine, the slightly-shocking jolt-moulding machine,
the shoot-squeeze moulding machine and vertical parted, horizontal
parted snap-flask shoot-squeeze moulding lines. The moulding
lines are all controlled by PLC system. |

| The specifications
of producible vertical parted core shooter, shell moulding machine
and horizontal parted core shooter are complete.We can furnish
all kinds of moulding lines which can be satisfied for consumers.
The motive powers of making-core machines are classified as
pneumatic and hydraulic. The size of core box have 10 varieties
of specifications from 300×300×150+200 to 1000×650×320. |

| The sand processing part
includes over one hundred varieties of productions of magnetic
separating, screening, sand cooling, dust exhausting, sand mixing,
proportioning weighting, conveying set and vehicular transporter
sets etc. We can also supply the production line of productivity
at 20~80M3 a hour. The whole line is controlled by PLC system.
