3.ZH86 Series Horizontal Separating Full Automatic
Coring Machine
This is a kind of horizontal separation
and fully automatic coring machine. It consists of upper and
lower supporting cores, and has the function to open mould at
six directions. The Japanese PLC is used as the computer control
system for the machine, and OMRON digital display controller
is used as the temperature control in order to guarantee the
absolute balance of the temperature of the upper and lows dies.
This machine has been widely used in the vehicle manufacture
industry for making the sand core which ate complicated in structure
and precise in size, such as the cover of generator cylinder,
water sleeve core and brake plate etc. |
